Comfort and Health
As well as the preservation of their history, each room has been furnished with the utmost comfort of today’s travellers in mind
- Soundproofing systems in all the rooms, with sound-absorbing mattresses and floorwork
- Spacious showers with chromotherapy
- Turkish steam bath in the ‘Quercia’ suite
- Autonomous heating systems with individual controls for bedroom/bathroom all with reduced environmental impact
Significant attention has been paid to the health of our guests. We decided to make the Locanda a space of low electromagnetic pollution:
- We have designed a low tension electric system.
- The WiFi network has autonomous access points in each room, that can be deactivated at will by guests to reduce EM emissions
Environmental sustainability is another fundamental element in our project:
- To reduce consumption, we have inserted thermal insulators around all installations and a high-efficiency boiler,
- A system of heating control for individual spaces, which can be adjusted both centrally and by guests to avoid energy waste
- Room floors made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified parquet which supports the sustainable management of forests.
